Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy The Kidera Decks from kidera.com.au. Please read them before you pay.

What you are buying

Access to The Kidera Decks, a web app containing six card-sort decks, for 3 months from the date of purchase. This is a digital product. Nothing is posted to you.

The price is $19.99 AUD, which includes GST.

How access works

After you pay, we email an access link to the address you gave at checkout. Open that link on any device to unlock the decks. If you lose the email, you can request a new link from the decks page using the same email address.

Your access is for you, or for one practitioner and their clients. You may download and print as many summaries as you like. You may not share your access link publicly, resell access, or redistribute the card content as your own resource.

What The Kidera Decks is, and what it is not

The Kidera Decks was built by a registered occupational therapist and is based on current evidence about child development. It is a structured way for a child to tell you about themselves.

It is general information, not individualised advice. It is not occupational therapy, it is not an assessment, and it does not diagnose anything. It does not replace assessment by a registered health practitioner who knows your child. Nothing in it should be relied on as a substitute for professional advice.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If the decks do not work on your device, or they are not what was described, email referrals@kidera.com.au within 30 days and we will fix the problem or refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Availability

We aim to keep the decks available for the whole of your access period, but we cannot guarantee the app will be free of interruptions. If we withdraw the product while your access is still running, we will refund the unused portion.

We may improve or change the decks over time. Card content and strategies may be added, reworded or removed.

Buying

You must be 18 or over to buy. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your information

See our Privacy Policy. In short: the card answers stay on your device and never reach us. We hold your email address so we can send you your access link.

Copyright

The card content, strategies and design are owned by Kidera Pty Ltd. You may use them with the children in your care. You may not copy them into another product, sell them, or publish them.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
