Care

Wipe-clean fabric that copes with juice, crumbs and airport floors. Wipe the whiteboard with the eraser, and let the water magic book dry open before packing it away.

Free shipping Australia wide, sent from Perth as soon as the first run lands (approx. February 2027). About 25 cm across, 20 cm tall and 10 cm deep when closed, so it fits under a plane seat or in a carry-on.

Every detail is there for a reason

Over the tray-table latch or a car seat back, so play happens at eye level.

Loop zips for little hands

Chunky pull loops a three year old can open and close on their own.

See-through mesh pockets

They choose for themselves, and you see if anything's missing before you leave.

WHY A$89

You could build your own. I've done that part.

Building your own means three or four shops, guessing what will hold their attention, and a bag that wasn't made for it. Every piece in this kit was tested with real 3 to 6 year olds in cafes, waiting rooms and on a flight out of Perth. If it didn't hold their attention, it didn't make the bag.

Questions parents ask

When will my kit ship?

Kits are due to arrive in Perth around February 2027. We post them as soon as they land, and you'll get an email with tracking. If that date moves, we'll email you straight away.

When am I charged?

Payment is taken when you place your pre-order.

Can I get a refund?

If your kit hasn't shipped by 28 February 2027 and you no longer want to wait, email referrals@kidera.com.au and we'll refund you in full. Once your kit arrives, you can return it unused within 30 days for a full refund. Faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law.

What age is it for?

Three to six. The kit contains small parts and small magnets and is not suitable for children under 3.

Will it fit on a plane tray table?

Yes. It sits on a standard tray table, or hooks over the tray-table latch or the back of a car seat so it hangs at eye level.

Won't they be through it in 20 minutes?

That's what it's built against. There are eight activities and 40+ ways to use them, and they combine, so there's always a next thing to try.

Is this meant to replace an iPad?

No. There are times when a screen makes travel easier. This gives you something hands-on and reusable to reach for first.

My child is sensory seeking. Will it suit them?

The sensory panels are sewn into the bag, and the cubes click and pull apart as well as build. Whether it suits your child is your call. You know them best.

What if I have more than one child?

In testing, kits worked best when each child had their own. Less negotiating over who has the marker.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the bag and panels with a damp cloth. Everything inside is reusable.

How big is it?
